It's time to channel your inner mermaid and create a sanctuary of serenity in your bathroom. Dim those lights, light up some scented candles, and let the warm water embrace your body. 

Start your bath by adding our Relax Bath bomb to the water. Let the steam carry the scents of ylang-ylang, bergamot, and lavender through the air while you close your eyes. When city life becomes too much, it's time to channel your inner nature ninja. Seek out your green sanctuary, whether it's a park, a botanical garden, or a mystical forest. Venture forth, my friends, and let nature's magic envelop you. 

Getting vitamin D from the sun has been known to uplift our mood, and it's important to take advantage of the sun while it's so abundant. Hanging out in nature, or "forest bathing," can help us feel calm and centered while enjoying the beauty surrounding us. 

As you wander, pay attention to the intricate details of plants, the symphony of birdsong, and the fresh scent of freedom. Feel your soul recharge as you reconnect with the real world – the one that doesn't require Wi-Fi! 

Sunset Picnic: Wine, Dine, and Unwind 

Darlings, grab your favorite snacks and a bottle of bubbly and head to the scenic spot du jour for a sunset picnic extravaganza. As the sun puts on its most dazzling performance, you'll be there, lounging on a cozy blanket, sipping on the nectar of the gods, and indulging in delicious treats. Our favorite go-to snacks include fresh berries, mixed nuts, crackers, and cheeses. 

Choose a location that gives great views of the horizon. Appreciate the solitude. After all, improving your relationship with yourself is what it's all about.

Getting Active: Shake What Your Mama Gave You 

Who says self-care can't be active and fun? It's time to unleash your inner fitness diva and get moving. Dive into the cool waters for a swim that will make you feel like a mermaid on a mission. Grab a paddleboard and ride those waves like a boss. Hop on a bike and pedal your way through the streets, feeling the wind in your hair and the freedom in your heart. 

You may not think exercise is soothing, but it's one of the best things you can do for your body and mood. Exercise makes us happy by releasing energizing endorphins while reducing stress. Physical activity strengthens our bodies and sharpens our minds; it's a win-win!

Lighting a candle is one of our favorite things to do when enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding after a particularly long day. It sets the mood and creates a ritual out of the simple tasks while providing a beautiful scent to our surroundings. 

Light up those candles and let aromatherapy take you on a journey. Lavender for relaxation? Yes, please! Citrus for an energy boost? Bring it on! Eucalyptus for mental clarity? Absolutely. Surround yourself with these scents and let them transport you to a realm of calm, clarity, and fabulousness. Your nose knows what's up!
